Anup Kumar Luharuka

Anup is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a Certified Concurrent Auditor (CIA) and DISA. He has 15 years experience in accounting, auditing, and taxes. He is also experienced in dealing with tax authorities at various levels including Income tax for scrutiny cases. He is experienced in accounting advisory services and setting up a structured and meticulous accounts of various clients. He is also experienced in corporate advisory services and global tax matters. His expertise include internal audits spread across various lines of business.

Vikas Mandawewala

Vikas is a commerce graduate from Calcutta University (CU). He is a Gold Medalist Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Certified Public Accountant (US CPA (CO and NY)). He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from United States of America. He has brilliant academic records. His experience spans over 13 years of national and international experience with MNCs across multiple functions spreading over accounting, auditing and taxation. He has worked approximately for 8 years with one of the largest Global Auditing and Advisory firm, KPMG, in India and United States of America. He is an expert in US GAAP and IFRS related matters, US Taxation, SOX control development and compliance testing, Mergers and acquisition accounting and internal audit across sectors. He is also experienced in dealing with company law matters, income tax, service tax and VAT related matters along with various kind of audits. Vikas is leading our CFO Desk providing CFO services to our clients.

He is a Founder member of New York Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountant.
